     Chief Minister invites the global Bihari diaspora to stay connected with their roots and actively contribute towards building a stronger, smarter, and developed Bihar. The Hon'ble IT Minister invites suggestions, innovative ideas, collaboration proposals, and investment proposals from Biharis living across India and around the world.
    We encourage you to share your ideas for creating employment opportunities, strengthening the startup ecosystem, attracting investments, empowering youth through digital skills, improving governance through technology, and positioning Bihar as a leading hub of innovation and knowledge economy.
    With this initiative, the Government of Bihar welcomes investment proposals from members of the Bihari diaspora and global business community interested in establishing technology ventures, innovation centres, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), R&D facilities, manufacturing units, skill development institutions, startup accelerators, venture funds, and other initiatives that can contribute to Bihar's economic growth and employment generation.
    Your suggestions and proposals will be reviewed by the IT Minister and relevant departments and may contribute to future policies, partnerships, programs, investments, and initiatives aimed at accelerating Bihar's growth journey.
